NFACT Pre-Processing

Pre-processing module of NFACT.

Before any data can be decomposed, subject level seeds by target mconnectivity matricies are needed. 
NFACT does this using probtrackx2 omatrix2 option in a flexable way so that data can be used for decomposition.
